Core Circuit

A core circuit combines cardio and strength training exercises using dumbbells, weighted balls, bands, Bosu balls, and body weight to build cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, and increase flexibility. It is a higher-intensity class to burn calories. A great supplement for any weight loss program or to simply get fit!

HIGH Fitness is a hardcore fun fitness class that incorporates interval training with music you love, and intense easy to follow choreography. HIGH Fitness produces a high caloric burn, and full body toning, through its carefully formulated choreography that alternates between intense cardio peaks and toning tracks.
