While there are many different types of yoga, most sessions typically include breathing exercises, meditation, and poses for stretching various muscle groups. The relaxation techniques used in yoga can reduce stress and lessen chronic pain. A necessary addition to any fitness program.

Body Pump/Core

A core circuit combines cardio and strength training exercises using dumbbells, weighted balls, bands, Bosu balls, and body weight to build cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, and increase flexibility. It is a higher-intensity class to burn calories. A great supplement for any weight loss program or to simply get fit!

TRX

TRX Strength & Conditioning

TRX is a form of suspension training that uses body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, a performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to complete the exercises. It’s a fantastic class to build overall strength flexibility, and endurance.

Core Fit Boot (HIIT)

High-intensity interval training. Intense bursts of exercise followed by short recovery periods. This type of training keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time. A great workout for giving your body cardio as well as strength and endurance training.

Barre incorporates ballet, pilates and yoga to create a long and lean dancer’s physique. No dance experience is required. It also improves flexibility, strength, and balance throughout the body. This class is an ideal addition to any fitness program.

Core Fit Healthy Kids Membership

Core Fit Healthy Kids

Core Fit Healthy Kids Classes introduce functional training to kids ages 6-13 with a wide range of exercises that help with everyday activities as well as any sport. We utilize all planes of motion using body weight and light resistance to help strengthen and build growing muscles. We also work with balance and stability so that kids learn how to use their Core with every exercise and movement. The classes are diverse and a lot of fun to keep them engaged and interested.

Finally, we educate kids about nutrition in a very simple way so they understand the benefits of eating healthy and why.
