GRX Instructor, Yoga

Mary Alley

Mary’s relationship with yoga started after having her third child and suffering from severe low back and hip pain. Yoga has helped her manage her pain and strengthen her body through the physical practice, as well as through meditation and mental awareness. She deepened that relationship when she decided to become a teacher and share the knowledge she gained with others about healing and strengthening the body and mind through yoga.

GRX Instructor, Barre

Clarissa Thomas

Clarissa has extensive experience in dance from hip hop to contemporary. She also danced with the BYU Ballroom Company, and was a professional ballroom competitor. She has taught many styles of dance and fitness to all ages. She is a CPT, GFI, and CNS and instructs heavy lifting, sculpting, LaBlast, Barre, PowerBarre and BodyBarre.  

Personal Trainer

Kyra Peirce

Kyra is professionally certified through the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and currently pursuing a Holistic Nutrition Certification through American Fitness Professionals and Associates (AFPA). Kyra has participated in multiple athletic endurance events such as 10k’s, half-marathons, and an Olympic Triathlon. When she is not training herself or others, she enjoys hiking, music and acting.

Aly Allred

Aly is a veteran to group fitness! She is also part owner of Core Fit, with Founder, Maria Hubscher. Fitness is something she is passionate about and finds joy in teaching. Aly is certified in Les Mills: BodyPump, BodyCombat, RPM Cycling, and CXWorx. Aly is also a certified Health Coach, and working on her Nutrition Certification.

Stephanie Reading

Stephanie grew up playing sports, and loves all outdoor activities. She received her Bachelors degree in Exercise Science from Utah State University. Her fitness experience includes teaching TRX, boot camp, HIIT, X180, indoor cycling and some personal training. Stephanie is a mom of three and enjoys an active life with her family.

Jenny Franson

Jenny has many years of experience as a professional coach teaching group classes, especially in the Cross Fit community. She is also educated and certified through Precision Nutrition. As a health coach, Jenny works with people of all ages, focusing on nutrition and fitness, and wellness as a whole.  

Personal Trainer

Diana Smithson

Diana is a certified Personal Trainer through the American Council on Exercise (ACE). She has participated in multiple athletic endurance events such as 10k’s, half-marathons, mini triathlons, and relay races. She currently teaches kids fitness classes at Core Fit, and trains individuals to reach their health and fitness goals.
