Kyra Peirce

PERSONAL TRAINER

Kyra is professionally certified through the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and currently pursuing a Holistic Nutrition Certification through American Fitness Professionals and Associates (AFPA). Kyra has participated in multiple athletic endurance events such as 10k’s and half-marathons and is currently training to participate in an Olympic Triathlon. When she is not training herself or others, she enjoys hiking, music and acting.

Natalie Wilkins

PERSONAL TRAINER

Natalie is a Utah native who loves to be on the go! And, as a wife and mom of four kids, that is the daily norm. She started dancing from the age of three continuing through college. Then she started teaching at several studios even while she was pregnant. Her passion for dance steered her in the direction of becoming an instructor for Hip Hop cardio classes, which began a new chapter in her life – health and fitness! Natalie has acquired multiple certifications over the past ten years, including a personal training certification through NASM. She loves helping people with their health and fitness goals and is looking forward to contributing at Core Fit Studio.

Natalie Wilkins

Meredith Bennie

SMALL GROUP INSTRUCTOR – Mat Pilates and Barre

Meredith is enthusiastic of all things relating to movement; wife to a talented and supportive husband; and, mother of three children (1 boy, 2 girls). Outside of the fitness world, Meredith has a background in theater and vocal performance. She also has a BS in English with an emphasis in literary studies. Born and raised in Pennsylvania, she has been dancing, practicing, and teaching Pilates for many years throughout Utah County. After discovering Barre she fell in love and has been incorporating it into her Pilates classes. Building strength physically, spiritually and mentally is her passion and she emphasizes all three elements within her classes for total body (mind-body) health.

Anna has 12 years of experience in the health and fitness industry. She is certified through AFAA for group instruction as well as personal training. She is also majoring in Kinesiology and is two courses away from receiving her Associates Degree in the subject. Anna believes that we have the power to take charge of our lives if we truly want to make changes. Change can be difficult but through perseverance, education and will, we can make positive and successful steps. Anna loves working with people and helping them reach their health and fitness goals. She has a passion for her work and feels satisfaction in knowing that she is making a difference in peoples’ lives.

Alyson Allred

Aly teaches several group fitness formats and loves them all. Experiencing the transformative power of Yoga, Darla chose to pursue a training certification to teach others. Darla strives to share her Yoga practice as a safe and spiritual path for others to connect with their own unique healing journey and divine inner self.

Karissa Weber

SMALL GROUP INSTRUCTOR – HIGH Fitness

Karissa is a wife and mother of three children. She grew up in Moses Lake, Washington and moved to Utah seven years ago with her husband. In college, she participated in a half marathon training class that began her love for running, which eventually put her in the direction of high fitness! Mary Alley

SMALL GROUP INSTRUCTOR – Ashtanga Yoga

Mary’s relationship with yoga started after having her third child and suffering from severe low back and hip pain. Yoga has helped her manage her pain and strengthen her body through the physical practice, as well as through meditation and mental awareness. She received a 200 Level certification in the Yoga assets program with Denice Druce. Most specifically in Hatha/Ashtanga yoga.  She also has knowledge on anatomy and safety in this training and brings this into each of her classes. Her goal in teaching is to help others become aware of their bodies so that yoga can be what they need it to be in their lives.
