Natalie Hughes

SMALL GROUP INSTRUCTOR – Flow Yoga

Natalie’s teaching style is vibrant and introspective. Her classes are designed to meet people where they are, as they are, and harness the body, mind and breath to leave them challenged and inspired. After suffering an injury in a car accident, Natalie began practicing yoga when modern medicine failed to help. She quickly experienced relief from not only physical pain, but layers of emotional pain and trauma as well. Natalie fell in love with the benefits of her practice and in 2016 completed her 200-Level Yoga Instructor Training, and has been blessed to guide others in their practice ever since.
