GRX Instructor, Personal Trainer

Kyra Peirce

Kyra is professionally certified through the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and currently pursuing a Holistic Nutrition Certification through American Fitness Professionals and Associates (AFPA). Kyra has participated in multiple athletic endurance events such as 10k’s, half-marathons, and an Olympic Triathlon. When she is not training herself or others, she enjoys hiking, music and acting.

Clarissa Thomas

Clarissa has extensive experience in dance from hip hop to contemporary. She also danced with the BYU Ballroom Company, and was a professional ballroom competitor. She has taught many styles of dance and fitness to all ages. She is a CPT, GFI, and CNS and instructs heavy lifting, sculpting, LaBlast, Barre, PowerBarre and BodyBarre.

Diana Smithson

Diana is a certified Personal Trainer through the American Council on Exercise (ACE). She has participated in multiple athletic endurance events such as 10k’s, half-marathons, mini triathlons, and relay races. She currently teaches kids fitness classes, Bootcamp, Barre, and individuals to reach their health and fitness goals.

Stephanie Reading

Stephanie grew up playing sports, and loves all outdoor activities. She received her Bachelors degree in Exercise Science from Utah State University. Her fitness experience includes teaching TRX, boot camp, HIIT, X180, indoor cycling and some personal training. Stephanie is a mom of three and enjoys an active life with her family.
