Liz Daw
Liz Daw is a Utah native, but most recently from Canton, Georgia. She has always loved to be active and outdoors. In high school she loved choir, cheerleading, rollerblading and musicals. She attended UVU and later BYU, graduating with a Bachelor's degree in Recreation Management and Youth Leadership.
Liz married her husband Matt and together they have 4 awesome teenage kids. Liz started to love exercising at the gym when her kids were babies and toddlers... all 4 under 4 years old. In order to keep her sanity, she would wake up and hit the 5:30am gym class every day. When she noticed that she found herself competing with the instructor, she knew it was time to get her Group Exercise Certification and start teaching!
Six years into teaching Group Exercise and realizing how beneficial fitness was to her physical and mental health, Liz decided to continue her education in fitness. She became an ACE certified personal trainer, nutrition coach and is now working on becoming a corrective exercise specialist. Her passion is helping people with injuries and limitations, regain their personal maximum functionality and movement again. She enjoys helping clients reach their potential and watch them exceed the expectations they had set for themselves.
Liz loves to be outdoors as much as possible. Hiking, biking, rollerblading, trail running, camping, walking... if it's outside and active, she'd choose that over a movie any day!
Liz believes that fitness and nutrition should be achieved through each person's individual journey. The path is never the same. Liz enjoys helping clients find the best exercise that will work for their personal interests and any health limitations, and that will best benefit the client. She will cheer you on to become the most successful version of you!
